1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase, ownership, operation, and use of Video Booth Experience ("VBX") products, accessories, software, and related services provided by Vantage Creatives LLC, doing business as Video Booth Experience ("we," "us," or "our").

By placing an order, customers agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law. Customers should review the Terms before purchasing or operating the product.

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Video Booth Experience is an electronic video recording system designed to capture video messages, testimonials, personal memories, and event experiences.

Depending on the product configuration, the VBX package may include:

Video display and recording equipment
Webcam and microphone
Integrated computing hardware
VBX recording software
Stand and mounting components
Power supply and cables
Wireless keyboard
SD card and USB storage functionality
Protective carrying or transportation case

The product listing and order confirmation identify the specific items included with each purchase.

VBX may update future product designs, configurations, and components, provided that accepted orders are fulfilled in accordance with the agreed product description.

3. THIRD-PARTY HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE

VBX incorporates electronic components, computing hardware, and software supplied or developed by third parties.

VBX is independently designed and assembled and is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party component manufacturers unless expressly stated.

Third-party and open-source software components are governed by their respective licenses.

Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit proprietary VBX software without authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted under applicable open-source software licenses.

Customers should not attempt internal hardware modifications or repairs without appropriate technical guidance. Damage caused by improper modifications or repairs may be excluded from warranty coverage.

4. SEVEN-DAY FREE RETURN POLICY

VBX offers free returns for eligible products within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a standard change-of-mind return:

The return request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
The product must be completely unused.
The product must not have been powered on, activated, tested, or operated.
All original components, accessories, cables, and packaging must be included.
The product must be undamaged and in its original condition.
Proof of purchase must be provided.

A product that has been powered on, tested, or used is not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return.

For qualifying returns, VBX will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no charge. No restocking fee applies.

Customers must contact info@videoboothexperience.com within the seven-day return window to request authorization and return instructions.

The product must be shipped using the instructions provided by VBX.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt, VBX will inspect the returned product to confirm eligibility.

For approved returns, VBX will initiate a refund to the original payment method within five (5) business days after receipt and inspection, or sooner where required by law.

Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional processing time before the funds appear in the customer's account.

VBX will notify the customer when the refund has been initiated.

This return policy applies to voluntary change-of-mind returns and does not limit rights or remedies for defective, damaged, misdescribed, or nonconforming products under applicable law.

5. ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Every new VBX product includes a one-year limited warranty beginning on the original date of delivery.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use, subject to the complete Limited Warranty.

Covered hardware may include:

Integrated computing hardware
Display
Webcam and microphone
Original power supply
Stand and mounting components
Other original electronic accessories

For approved warranty claims, VBX will provide the remedies specified in its separate One-Year Limited Warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, liquid exposure, misuse, improper electrical connections, or modifications that cause the reported defect.

The complete One-Year Limited Warranty is available separately on our website and should be reviewed before purchase.

6. ONE-YEAR COMPLIMENTARY TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Every VBX purchase includes one (1) year of complimentary technical support beginning on the original date of delivery.

Technical support includes reasonable remote assistance with:

Initial setup
Product operation
Recording functionality
Software troubleshooting
Exporting video recordings
General equipment questions

Complimentary technical support expires one year after delivery.

Following expiration, any additional assistance may be provided at VBX's discretion. Continued support is not guaranteed.

Complimentary technical support does not include on-site event staffing, event management, or repair of customer-caused damage.

This section does not restrict warranty remedies or other obligations required by law.

7. IMPORTANT: SAVE YOUR RECORDINGS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — CUSTOMER VIDEO STORAGE AND BACKUP RESPONSIBILITIES

VBX stores customer-created video recordings locally using SD card and USB storage.

VBX does not provide automatic cloud-based backup or video hosting as part of its standard product offering.

Customers are responsible for exporting, verifying, securing, and backing up their recordings.

We strongly recommend exporting recordings immediately following every event and maintaining at least one additional verified backup copy on a separate storage device or secure storage service.

SD cards, USB drives, and other electronic storage devices can fail, become corrupted, or experience accidental deletion.

Customers should confirm that exported video files can be opened and played successfully before deleting or modifying the original recordings.

VBX cannot guarantee permanent preservation or recovery of recordings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VBX is not liable for lost, deleted, or corrupted recordings or associated indirect or consequential losses.

8. VIDEO OWNERSHIP, PRIVACY, AND CONSENT

Customers retain their rights to recordings created using VBX, subject to the rights of recorded individuals and other applicable laws.

VBX does not claim ownership of customer-created recordings.

Recordings are stored locally on the product and associated storage media. VBX does not routinely receive or maintain copies of customer recordings.

Customers are responsible for obtaining legally required recording consent, providing appropriate notices, protecting access to recordings, and complying with applicable privacy and recording laws.

Customers recording minors must obtain parental or guardian consent where legally required.

VBX will not use customer recordings for marketing or promotional purposes without appropriate authorization.

Information collected through our website, payment processing, or customer support is subject to our separate Privacy Policy.

9. SAFE OPERATION AND PRODUCT CARE

Customers must operate VBX in accordance with the supplied instructions.

For safe use:

Use only supplied or approved power adapters.
Keep the equipment away from water and excessive moisture.
Avoid excessive heat and obstructed ventilation.
Assemble and secure the stand on a stable, level surface.
Disconnect power before cleaning or transporting.
Do not use equipment with damaged wiring or signs of overheating.
Keep cords, small components, and packaging away from unsupervised children.

VBX is not intended for use as a children's toy.

10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for proper equipment operation, maintenance, and supervision.

Before an event, customers should verify that the equipment is functioning properly and has sufficient available storage.

Customers are responsible for protecting their recordings and complying with all applicable recording and privacy laws.

11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery dates will be disclosed during checkout or in the order confirmation.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information.

Customers should promptly contact VBX regarding damaged shipments, missing items, or delivery issues.

VBX will comply with applicable shipping, delivery, and refund laws.

12. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees will be presented before purchase.

VBX may change prices and promotional offers for future orders. Such changes will not retroactively modify accepted orders except as permitted by applicable law.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The VBX name, branding, original graphics, documentation, website content, and proprietary software are owned by Vantage Creatives LLC or its applicable licensors.

Customers may not reproduce or commercially distribute protected VBX intellectual property without authorization.

Third-party trademarks, software, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vantage Creatives LLC, doing business as VBX, shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, missed events, or loss of recordings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts non-waivable consumer rights.

15. ADDITIONAL WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

Except for the express One-Year Limited Warranty and warranties required by applicable law, VBX makes no additional voluntary guarantees concerning uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every third-party device, or permanent data retention.

Nothing in these Terms disclaims implied warranties or statutory rights where such disclaimers are prohibited.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

VBX may revise these Terms periodically.

Revisions will be posted on the official website with an updated effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively remove rights under previously accepted purchases.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, except where applicable consumer protection laws require

otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms deprives customers of mandatory rights available in their jurisdiction.
